Terms:

A security deposit is due at the time the reservations are made. 1/2 of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and 1/2 30 days before arrival. The security deposit will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection within 7 days of your departure. The only additional charge is a $50.00 cleaning fee.  There are no additional taxes or fees.

We accept checks and credit card payments, credit card payments are done via PayPal (who charges a small fee).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

30 days notice – 25% cancellation fee. Under 30 days – No refund.

2-night minimum. $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to each confirmed stay.
